Cancellation Policy

For group workshops, if you cancel within 7 days, there is no refund or credit except in case of emergency. If you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop/course, you will receive a 90% refund or credit, less 10% for admin fees. For individual sessions, to cancel or reschedule, please contact us no later than 24 hours in advance. You may receive a refund or credit for a future session if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, there is no refund or credit except in cases of emergency. If you've canceled due to an emergency, a credit may be available and is to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
