What Is Positive Neuroplasticity

Positive Neuroplasticity is a powerful way to hardwire happiness in your brain and beat the negativity bias.  Through learning about brain function and experiential practices with the HEAL method, you'll develop rich inner resources to create safety, satisfaction, and connection in your daily life.  

Stacey Royce is a certified Yoga Therapist and Positive Neuroplasticity teacher.  Stacey facilitates physical, behavioral, and contemplative practices to increase curiosity, deepen compassion, strengthen meaningful endurance, and fortify boundary-setting.

Kerry Hospelhorn is a psychotherapist and certified Positive Neuroplasticity teacher.
