Positive Neuroplasticity is a powerful way to hardwire happiness in your brain and beat the negativity bias.  Through learning about brain function and experiential practices with the HEAL method, you'll develop rich inner resources to create safety, satisfaction, and connection in your daily life.  Developed by psychologist Rick Hansen, Positive Neuroplasticity offers us a way to understand your brain and change your mind.

Stacey Royce is a certified Yoga Therapist and Positive Neuroplasticity teacher.  Stacey facilitates physical, behavioral, and contemplative practices to increase curiosity, deepen compassion, strengthen meaningful endurance, and fortify boundary-setting.

Kerry Hospelhorn is a psychotherapist and certified Positive Neuroplasticity teacher.
